About Us

Amit joined Leader Capital Markets in 2004, served as company CEO from 2010 and since 2016 he serves as company chairman. Amit has vast experience in managing offerings, leading private offerings, brokerage activity, and distributing blocks of securities to institutional investors. Before joining Leader Group, he served as Chief Investment Officer of Bank Mizrahi’s provident funds.

Shay joined Leader Capital Markets in 2010 and has 25 years of experience in the capital market. Between 2016-2023, he served as Leader Capital Markets CEO. Today he serves as the Chairman of Leader Underwriters. He is the former CEO of Elad Group (of Tshuva Group) and before then, the VP Finance at Gazit Globe. He has a proven track record in managing public and private offerings. He also served as chairman of the investment committee at Yelin Lapidot Provident Funds and head of the Investment and Finance Division and acting CFO Finance at Bezeq.

Ranen has 18 years of experience in the capital market. He served as CEO of Leader Underwriters between 2010-2023 and today serves as Leader Capital Markets Co-CEO. Previously, Ranen was an investment broker at Leader. Prior to joining Leader in 2004, he served as an analyst and the head of technology at National Consultants (Leumi & Co.)

Peleg joined Leader in 2023 and serves as Leader Capital Markets Co-CEO, and the CEO of Leader Underwriters. Before joining Leader Peleg served as the CEO of ValueBase Underwriting company.

Peleg was a Major in the Israeli Navel Academy.

Itay serves as the managing partner and CEO of Leader Private Capital.
Mr. Elnatan is a pioneer in the field of private capital fundraising in Israel and has more than 15 years of experience in business development, and investment banking. Before joining Leader, he served as the head of HA Global at Halman-Aldubi Investment House which Phoenix Insurance acquired in late 2020, and supported as an external consultant to the Association of Investment Houses (Limited Partners) in Israel in the field of Alternative Investments. Successfully initiated and launched Israel’s most prominent annual professional private capital event, the IPM Summit, and has published numerous studies and articles in the field.
Holds a BA in Economics, Finance, and Information Systems Analysis, and MBA (Magna Cum Laude) from Tel-Aviv University and Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.

Sabina joined Leader in 2010 and Covers the areas of communications and the pharmaceutical industry. Since 2016 Sabina serve as Head of Research Department. Before joining Leader, she worked as a senior analyst and team leader in the valuations department of Giza, Singer, Even. Prior to that, she worked as an economist at SAREL.

Alon has 20 years of experience in the capital market. Covers the banking and insurance sectors. Alon serves as Head of Research since 2007, and VP Research since 2016. Before joining Leader Capital Markets, he was a senior analyst and head of staff in the economic department of Ilanot Batucha. Prior to this, he was a commercial and civil lawyer in the law firm of Shimron, Molcho, Persky & Co.

Ania joined Leader in 2015 and serves as the Head of Global Equity Desk Trading. Ania has 11 years of experience in the capital market. Before joining Leader, she worked as Head of International Desk at Migdal Capital Markets.

Dudu joined Leader Capital Markets in 2012, and served as deputy director of the trading room. In 2017 he was appointed VP of Leader Investment House, and a member of the executive.

Before joining Leader, Dudu served as head of bonds trading desk in IBI Investment House and as brokerage CEO Harel Finance.

Michel has 12 years of capital markets experience. Before joining Leader he served as a Manager in the real estate industry at Deloitte and head of Investment Banking in consulting firm. Michel has vast experience with debt and equity placements.

Yaron joined Leader in 2007, and served as VP Finance.

Before joining Leader Capital Markets, Yaron served as CFO of Leader Holdings and Investments Ltd.

Boaz joined Leader and Co. in 2005 as a legal advisor. Before that, he served as an attorney in the mother company Leader Holdings and Investments Ltd. Prior to joining the Leader Group, he served as a corporate and capital market attorney in the office of M. Seligman and Co.

Sagie joined Leader Capital Markets in 2003 as head of the bonds and yields desk, and since 2008 has headed the trading room.
Before joining Leader, Sagie traded bonds and interest instruments in local banks.

Eyal joined Leader in 2009 as IPO Manager. Since 2020 serves as VP of Leader Underwriters. Eyal has 15 years of experience in the capital market. Before joining Leader he worked as IPO Manager in Harel Underwriters.

Yoav joined Leader in 2010 as IPO Manager. Since 2020 serves as VP of Leader Underwriters. Yoav has 14 years of experience in the capital market. Before joining Leader he worked as a Clients Manager in Isenberg-Eliash, and before then he served as an intern in Tamir Fishman Investments House.

Michal joined Leader in 2008 and served as the company Accountant. Before joining Leader she worked as an Accountant in SFK Group, Leader International Real Estate and Lims. Prior to that she owned and managed a private accounting firm.

Raz joined Leader in 2017 and Covers the areas of Real-Estate, Infrastructure and Hotels industry. Before joining Leader, he worked as an analyst in the Financial department of Ernst & Young (Kost, Forer, Gabay & Kesirer) accounting firm.

Dina joined Leader in 2019 and Covers the areas of retail and food industry, Infrastructure and Defense industry. Before joining Leader, she worked as an intern in the Hi-Tech department of PWC (Keselman & Keselman) accounting firm, and prior to that, she worked as an analyst in the Financial department of BDO (Ziv Haft) accounting firm.

Ilya joined Leader in 2021 and is covering the industry and technology sector. Prior to joining Leader, he worked as a financial analyst in the economics department at Giza Singer Even and as a referent for the Government Companies Authority in the Ministry of Finance. Graduate of the combined program of Philosophy, Economics and Political Science (PPE) from the Hebrew University.

Gilad joined Leader in 2022 as analyst, and Covers the Energy sector. Before joining Leader, he worked as a Financial Analyst and Project Manager at Beta Finance. BA graduate in business  and economy from Reichman University.

Roi joined Leader Private Capital in 2022.

Roi has over 15 years of experience in the capital market. Prior to joining Leader, he worked as an institutional client manager at Migdal Capital Markets. Roi began his career in the banking team of Kesem ETFs at Phoenix Insurance Company and later managed index portfolios for wealthy private clients.
He then served as an investment advisor for companies and clients from the private wealth department at Discount Bank. Holds a bachelor's degree in economics and management and an investment advisory license from the Israel Securities Authority.

Tom joined Leader Private Capital in 2023.
Tom has extensive experience in the capital market and raising capital.
Before joining Leader, Tom worked as an institutional investors relationship manager at Pagaya and as VP of Marketing at Safra Bank.
He started his career in Migdal Capital Markets and later as the institutional desk manager at Migdal Capital Markets.
Later Tom served as the VP of fundraising at the Swiss Safra Bank, establishing and managing the bank's fund marketing desk for Israeli institutional Investors.
Tom has a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, and information systems analysis from the College of Management and an investment management license from the Israeli Securities Authority.

Rinat joined Leader in 2024 as the COO at Leader Private Funds group.
Rinat has over 15 years of experience in financial services and venture capital industry. Before joining Leader, Rinat was a CFO at 10D Venture Capital, and prior to that a VP Finance and CCO at Vintage Investment Partners, where Rinat handled finance reporting, investor relations, fundraising, tax, and compliance matters within the organization.
Previous roles include Comverse Technologies in New York, FMC Corporation in Philadelphia, and Deloitte in Israel.
Rinat holds BA in Accounting (cum laude) and BA in Psychology, both from the Tel-Aviv University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Ariel joined Leader Private Capital in 2021. Ariel has over 5 years of experience in Private Capital within the Israeli capital market.  Prior to joining Leader, Ariel worked as a business development manager at the investment banking firm, InFin Capital, where he was responsible for private capital fundraising for foreign companies and global fund managers.

Effi joined Leader in 2005 and serves as a trader on the Debt Capital Markets desk. Effi has 18 years of experience in the capital market. Before joining Leader, he worked as trader on the Debt capital Markets desk at Bank Leumi.

Shuki joined Leader in 2008 and serves as a trader on the Debt Capital Markets desk. Shuki has 18 years of experience in the capital market. Before joining Leader, he worked as trader on the Debt capital Markets desk at Bank Leumi.

Yael joined Leader in 2017 and serves as a trader on the Debt Capital Markets desk.

Or joined Leader in 2022 and covers the technology and semiconductor sectors. Previously, he managed a company that provided business development and sales services.

Miri joined Leader in 2009 and serves as a trader on the Equity Desk Trading. Miri has 13 years of experience in the capital market. Before becoming a trader Miri served in the back office desk with the Leader trading room.

Maayan joined Leader in 2011 and serves as a trader on the Equity Desk Trading. Maayan has 12 years of experience in the capital market. Before becoming a trader Maayan served in the back office desk with the Leader trading room.

Neil joined Leader in 2022 and serves as a trader on the Equity Desk Trading. Neil has 2 years of experience in the capital market. Before joining Leader, he worked as an account & risk manager at ICIC- Israel credit insurance company.

Joel returned to Leader in 2016, after working at Leader between 2007 to 2010.  He serves as a trader on the International Equity desk. Joel has 24 years of experience in the capital market. Before joining Leader, he worked as a trader in Psagot and before that as a broker in Lehman Brothers N.Y. Joel has a degree in economics from Harvard University.

Ehud joined Leader in 2015 and serves as a trader on the Global Equity Desk. Ehud has 10 years of experience in the capital market. Before joining Leader, he worked as a trader on the International Equity desk at Migdal Capital Markets.

Deby joined Leader in 2015 and serves as a trader on the Global Equity Desk. Deby has 6 years of experience in the capital market. Before joining Leader, she worked as a trader on the International Equity desk at Migdal Capital Markets.

Dor joined Leader in 2018 and serves as a trader on the Global Equity Desk. Dor has 6 years of experience in the capital market. Before joining Leader, he worked as a trader at Tamir Fishman.

Galit joined Leader in 2006 and serves as the manager of Middle and Back office. Before joining Leader, she worked as a back office analyst at Clal Investment.
